So, you’re here because you are seeking God. You have come to realize that you are not here by accident, that life has meaning and there must be a God in control of it all. The problem is that there are complexities and issues with this belief and you are not sure of what to make of it all. Well, at Christ Church we can relate because many of us have been in that position, or are in that position right now. We encourage you to come along with us, be part of us and join us as we search for God ourselves.
How We Connect with God
Think of someone you are close with now, but were not always close with. It takes time to really get to know someone and you do this by spending time with them, their friends and family.
You connect with God, just as you connect with anyone; by spending time learning about Him and sharing that time with others.
At Christ Church, we structure our services so we can all know God better. From our Sunday services to our Little Churches and more, we all can connect and learn more about our faith.
Our sermons are designed to be straight-forward, because we know you are here seeking to know who God is. Instead of spending time on things that don’t matter, we preach the message that does matter. There is a God, the God of the Bible, and He sent His Son, Jesus, so that you can have true life.
One of the ways we connect with God is by equipping people in our congregation through small groups. And, because you may be more comfortable talking about this with one person, we also mentor, one-on-one, to be able to make disciples – followers of Jesus.
However you seek to know who God is, we want to walk alongside you and help you to know Him better so that you can love God and, even more importantly, know that God loves you.
